We’re looking for a Technical Lead who can own both engineering delivery and client-facing technical discussions for an AI-native CRM platform.

? Must-Have Skills

- Strong TypeScript – end-to-end development
- Production-grade Web Applications with ownership of live systems
- React / Next.js
- Node.js / Fastify or equivalent
- PostgreSQL + SQL
- AWS / Cloud production experience
- System Architecture & Technical Design
- API & Third-Party Integrations
- Webhooks, OAuth & Authentication
- Deployments, DB Migrations, Logs & Production Support
- Experience working with multi-tenant SaaS / B2B platforms
- Solid client-facing communication & technical presentation skills

? Good to Have
- CRM / Martech experience
- LLM / GenAI product development
- React Native




- AWS ECS / RDS
- Stripe, Twilio, SES, Google/Microsoft integrations
- Agency / Consulting experience

? Role Focus 50%+ Engineering Leadership + 50%+ Client-Facing Technical Ownership

You should be comfortable with:

- Architecture & technical decisions
- Taking features from brief → production
- Production incidents & deployments
- Leading technical demos
- Client/partner technical discussions
- Scoping requirements and translating them into engineering work
