We are looking for a strong Tech Lead with 8+ years of hands-on development experience, with expertise in React.js, Node.js and Python.

The candidate should be comfortable leading technical implementation while remaining hands-on with coding, architecture and problem-solving.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead the design, development and delivery of scalable web applications.
- Hands-on development using React.js, Node.js and Python.
- Define application architecture, coding standards and technical best practices.
- Review code, troubleshoot complex technical issues and ensure quality delivery.
- Lead and mentor developers and conduct technical discussions/code reviews.
- Work closely with product managers, clients and engineering teams to translate requirements into technical solutions.
- Design and integrate REST APIs, third-party APIs and databases.
- Identify performance, scalability and security improvements.
- Participate in deployment, debugging and production support.




- Stay updated with up-to-date frameworks, cloud technologies and emerging development practices.

Required Skills:

- 8+ years of professional software development experience.
- Strong hands-on expertise in React.js.
- Strong experience with Node.js and backend development.
- Good hands-on experience in Python.
- Strong knowledge of JavaScript/TypeScript, REST APIs and databases.
- Experience with application architecture and scalable systems.
- Good understanding of Git, CI/CD and cloud environments.
- Strong debugging, problem-solving and communication skills.
- Experience leading a development team or taking technical ownership of projects.

Preferred:

- Experience with AWS/Azure/GCP.
- Experience with Docker and microservices.
- Exposure to AI/GenAI integrations is an advantage.
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.

Ideal Candidate: A hands-on technical leader who can architect, code, review, mentor and deliver—not someone limited to people management.
