We are seeking a highly skilled Microsoft Copilot & Power Platform Technical Lead to design, develop, and scale intelligent business solutions using Microsoft Copilot Studio, Power Automate, SharePoint Online, and Azure AI services. This role will work closely with business stakeholders, product owners, and enterprise technology teams to deliver secure, scalable, and enterprise-grade AI agents, workflow automation, and integrated digital solutions that drive operational efficiency and business value.

The ideal candidate will possess strong expertise in Copilot Studio (Agents, Topics, Actions, and Workflows), Power Automate, REST API integrations, and SharePoint Online, with hands-on experience connecting business applications, enterprise systems, and AI services. The candidate should be comfortable leading technical design discussions, mentoring development teams, and implementing governance and best practices within a regulated enterprise workplace.

Experience with Azure OpenAI, Azure Functions, Power Apps, and Generative AI solutions is highly desirable. The successful candidate will have a strong blend of technical leadership, solution architecture, and hands-on development capabilities, enabling the delivery of innovative AI-powered experiences and intelligent automation solutions across the organization.

What You’ll Do

5+ years of experience in software development or solution engineering

Hands on experience with Microsoft Copilot Studio (Agents, Topics, Actions, Workflows )

Experience building secure integrations using REST APIs, Azure Functions, Logic Apps, and custom connectors

Strong experience with Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Dataverse, SharePoint Online)

Experience designing and integrating REST APIs

Solid understanding of workflow automation, system integrations, connecting Copilot and Power Platform with external systems

Proficiency in Microsoft Copilot/Copilot Studio, Power Automate, API & REST Integrations, SharePoint Online, Azure AI/ Azure Open AI, Power Apps, Azure Functions

Experience working in enterprise or regulated environments

Must-Have Skills

3+ years of experience in Microsoft Copilot Studio, including Agents, Topics, Actions and workflows

5+ years of experience in Azure services and API integrations





4+ years of experience in developing secure integrations using REST APIs, Azure Functions, Logic Apps, and custom connectors, enabling seamless data exchange and process automation across enterprise platforms

5+ years of experience in Power Platform solutions, including Power Apps, Power Automate, Dataverse, SharePoint Online, and custom integrations to address complex business requirements

4+ years of experience in Power Platform and Azure engineering delivery, including implementation of CI/CD pipelines, Azure DevOps, Application Lifecycle Management (ALM), source control, release management, and deployment best practices across enterprise environments

3+ years of experience integrating Microsoft Copilot Studio, Power Automate, SharePoint Online, and external systems to deliver intelligent automation and AI-driven business solutions

2+ years of experience working with Azure OpenAI and Generative AI technologies, developing enterprise-grade AI assistants, knowledge solutions, and intelligent workflow automation

Experience leading technical design, development, and deployment activities, collaborating with business stakeholders, architects, and cross-functional teams to deliver secure, scalable, and governed AI and automation solutions

Good to Have

Experience with Azure AI/ Azure Open AI, Power Apps (Canvas Apps), Azure Functions

Familiarity with AI governance, responsible AI, and prompt engineering best practices

Experience implementing ALM for Power Platform (pipelines, solutions, environment strategy)

Exposure to Azure DevOps or GitHub for CI/CD

Background supporting financial, IT, or operational systems

Microsoft certifications (Power Platform, Azure, AI) a plus
