Role & responsibilities

Technical Lead Full Stack Development

Experience: 8-11 Years

Location: India (Offshore) / USA (Onshore)

Mode: Hybrid / Remote

:

Looking for a hands-on Technical Lead with robust experience in Go, Python, Node.js, AWS, EKS, OpenShift, Distributed Systems and DevOps automation.

Must-Have Skills:

- Expert Go & Python, strong Node.js
- AWS architecture with EKS & OpenShift
- Kubernetes, Docker, Microservices
- Terraform / CloudFormation / Ansible
- CI/CD and automation
- Distributed systems, Kafka, SQS/SNS, fault tolerance
- Technical leadership, architecture and mentoring
- Strong experience with AI-assisted development GitHub Copilot, Cursor, Claude Code or similar
- GenAI, LLM, RAG, embeddings, Agentic AI/MCP
- Experience implementing AI security, validation and data-privacy practices

Preferred:

- US Healthcare / Payer domain
- Claims, Benefits, Enrollment, Provider Networks
- HIPAA, HL7, FHIR, X12/EDI
- Client-facing consulting experience
