Role: Technical Lead - Fullstack (React + Node/Java)

Location: Pune

Work Mode: Hybrid

Notice Period: Immediate to 15 days

Roles & Responsibilities

- Lead application design, solution architecture, and technical discussions for the UI and backend components.
- Provide technical leadership while remaining hands-on in development using React.js and either Node.js or Java.
- Design and implement scalable microservices and event-driven solutions using Kafka and Axon Framework.
- Lead a team of developers.
- Guide cloud-native development and ensure alignment with CI/CD and DevOps best practices.
- Support critical production issues and maintain architecture governance.

Must-Have Skills

- Strong experience in application design and solution architecture.
- Hands-on development experience in React.js and either Node.js or Java.




- Solid understanding of microservices and event-driven architecture.
- Experienced in leading a small team of full stack developers.
- Hands-on experience with Kafka / Axon Framework.
- Experience in cloud-native application development.
- Good understanding of CI/CD and DevOps best practices.
- AWS experience is preferred.

- The 3 internal interviews will happen in next 3 days (including these weekends). The candidate who is applying should be willing to take the interviews
