Responsibilities
- Architect, develop, and maintain high-quality software applications using Java, Spring, and Grails frameworks.
- Lead and mentor a team of engineers, providing technical guidance, code reviews, and career development opportunities.
- Collaborate effectively with Product Owners to translate business requirements into actionable technical specifications and features.
- Implement and manage continuous integration and deployment pipelines using Jenkins and Git to ensure rapid and reliable software releases.
- Configure and optimize Nginx for high-traffic web environments to ensure performance and security.
- Oversee the integration of Angular-based front-end components with robust back-end services.
- Utilize AWS cloud services to design, deploy, and manage scalable infrastructure.
- Apply Hibernate for efficient database management and object-relational mapping.
- Facilitate seamless communication and project tracking using Jira and Confluence to maintain transparency and efficiency.
- Drive technical strategy and best practices across the engineering organization to support long-term product goals.
Requirements
Requirements:
- Experience: 8 to 12 years of hands-on experience in software engineering, with a significant portion dedicated to leadership roles.
- Technical Proficiency: Deep expertise in Java, Spring, and Grails, complemented by strong skills in Angular and Hibernate.
- DevOps & Tools: Proven experience with version control (Git), CI/CD tools (Jenkins), and web server configuration (Nginx).
- Cloud Computing: Solid background in deploying and managing applications on AWS infrastructure.
- Project Management: Familiarity with agile methodologies and proficiency in using Jira and Confluence for team coordination.
- Leadership: Demonstrated ability in team leadership, conflict resolution, and fostering a team-oriented setting.
- Stakeholder Management: Strong capability to work cross-functionally with Product Owners and other business stakeholders.
- Compensation: Competitive salary package ranging from ₹30 Lakhs Per Annum upwards, commensurate with experience and expertise.
