Role Summary

Lead the technical delivery of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations solutions, including design, implementation, migration, and integration. Guide and mentor development teams, and collaborate with stakeholders to deliver scalable enterprise solutions.

What Youll Do

- Act as the technical lead for D365 F&O; projects, overseeing design, development, implementation, and support
- Lead and mentor development teams throughout project phases
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and design technical solutions
- Architect and implement integrations using Dataverse, Azure services, Power Platform, and legacy connectors
- Drive and support migrations, upgrades, and transformation programs to D365 F&O;
- Set up and manage CI/CD pipelines for D365 ALM using Azure DevOps
- Review and optimize performance, reliability, and scalability of D365 solutions
- Ensure solutions and customizations comply with Microsoft and enterprise standards
- Conduct architectural and code reviews
- Provide oversight for vendor or partner-led development




- Contribute to Power Platform solution delivery integrated with D365 F&O;
- Develop SSRS Reports and Electronic Reports (/ER)

What We re Looking For (Must-Haves):
- 10 years of ERP solution delivery experience, focused on Microsoft Dynamics AX (AX 2009/2012/AX7.0) and D365 F&O;
- Minimum 3+ years of hands-on D365 F&O; implementation experience
- Proficiency in X++, .NET, Azure DevOps, LCS (Lifecycle Services), and Microsoft Azure
- Experience with AX 2009/2012/AX7.0 to D365 F&O; Cloud upgrades and migrations
- Knowledge of D365 data migration, Dual-write fundamentals, and Dataverse integration
- Understanding of D365 F&O; data structures, extension models, reporting, and performance best practices
- Experience in setting up and maintaining CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps
- Exposure to the Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power BI, Power Automate) and integrations
- Solid interpersonal and communication skills
- Documentation, problem-solving, and mentoring abilities

Good to Have (Optional - only if mentioned):
- Experience with large enterprise or multi-region deployments
