Job Title: Hiring – Technical Interview Preparation Specialist | Engineering & Manufacturing | USA Shift

UniMasterz is looking for a Technical Interview Preparation Specialist to support candidates applying for engineering, manufacturing, maintenance, automation, reliability, project engineering, and other technical roles.
The specialist will review each candidate’s resume and target , understand the technical requirements of the position, identify how the candidate’s actual experience matches the role, and create a detailed AI Master Interview Guide for interview preparation.
The goal of this role is to help candidates prepare clear, technically accurate, natural, and job-specific interview answers without adding experience or skills the candidate does not actually have.
Key Responsibilities
- Review candidate resumes, work experience, education, projects, and technical skills.
- Analyze target job descriptions and identify the most important technical and behavioral requirements.
- Map the candidate’s actual experience to the requirements of each target role.
- Create customized AI Master Interview Guides for every candidate and job.
- Prepare strong candidate introductions and qualified summaries.
- Develop company-specific and role-specific interview answers.
- Prepare technical interview questions and answers based on the JD.
- Develop troubleshooting-based interview scenarios and answers.
- Prepare behavioral interview answers using the STAR/Situation-Action-Result approach.
- Create answers for questions such as:
- Tell me about yourself.
- Explain your current role.
- Why are you interested in this position?
- Why should we hire you?
- What are your strengths and development areas?
- Describe a difficult technical problem you solved.
- How do you troubleshoot equipment failures?
- How do you work with maintenance, operations, engineering, or production teams?
- Prepare role-specific 30/60/90-day plans where appropriate.
- Create high-probability interview questions based on the .
- Develop short memory points and quick-reference answers for candidates to use during interview preparation.
- Make sure answers remain consistent with the candidate’s resume.
- Avoid creating false projects, certifications, software experience, equipment experience, numbers, or achievements.
- Clearly identify areas where a candidate has transferable knowledge but limited direct hands-on experience.
- Modify guides based on recruiter calls, first-round interview transcripts, and feedback from previous interview rounds.
- Help candidates prepare for second-round, technical, hiring-manager, and final interviews.
- Maintain templates and master documents for different engineering job families.

- RCM, FMEA, 5 Why and Fishbone
- CMMS and maintenance work orders

- Industrial safety, LOTO and PPE
- Engineering drawings, P&IDs; and technical documentation
The person does not need to be an expert in every engineering discipline, but should be capable of understanding technical terminology, researching unfamiliar concepts, and converting technical information into explicit interview-ready answers.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree preferred in Engineering, Technical Management, Human Resources, Business, or a related field.
- Experience in technical recruiting, engineering recruitment, career coaching, interview preparation, resume writing, or engineering support is preferred.
- Strong ability to analyze job descriptions and resumes.
- Good understanding of engineering and manufacturing terminology.
- Excellent written English.
- Ability to create clear and natural interview answers rather than overly complicated or robotic responses.
- Strong research and analytical skills.
- Ability to work with AI tools such as ChatGPT, Parakeet AI, or similar platforms.
- Strong Microsoft Word and document-formatting skills.
- Ability to manage multiple candidates and job descriptions simultaneously.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience working with candidates applying for positions such as Mechanical Engineer, Electrical Engineer, Automation Engineer, Controls Engineer, Maintenance Engineer, Reliability Engineer, Manufacturing Engineer, Project Engineer, Facilities Maintenance Specialist, and Industrial Engineer is highly preferred.
Previous experience as a technical recruiter, engineering recruiter, engineering career coach, technical resume writer, or engineering professional would be an advantage.

Key Performance Expectations The final interview guide should be job-specific, technically relevant, easy for the candidate to understand, consistent with their actual resume, and detailed enough for AI to generate support.
The specialist should not simply copy generic interview answers. Every guide should be customized based on the candidate resume interview stage.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
