Role & responsibilities

- Site OEP & ERT Incharge
- To follow departmental policies, procedures and rules - regulation.

- Providing services & maintaining the property in safe, secure & healthy state to meet clients level of satisfaction.

- Authorized to monitor and stop any unsafe work practices.

- Scope and context of occupational health and safety management system

- Attending client complaint on priority.

- Daily site rounds & supervising the ongoing activities on the site.

- In case of various issues, information to be given to seniors.

- As per rounds & ongoing site activities to be reported to Tech-Incharge and submission of shift activity report in each shift

- Shift handing and taking over and sharing the details of ongoing work on site & any specific observations to be monitored & reported.

- Attending shift complaints (electrical, soft services, BMS, lift, security etc.)

- Coordination & check of all meter records, electrical parameters checklist. Distribution of electrical & dg Invoices.

- Miscellaneous significant and Duties / Task

- Advance Planning, Organizing and Arranging of material and equipment's required for activity.

- Working with integrity, honesty, fairness & respect with people.
