Job Title : Technical Delivery Manager - MES

Responsibilities:

- Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of MES projects, ensuring alignment with business goals and objectives.
- Manage project scope, timelines, budgets, and resources to ensure successful project completion.
- Collaborate with stakeholders, including operations, IT, engineering, and quality assurance teams, to gather requirements and define project scope.
- Develop detailed project plans, including schedules, milestones, risk management plans, and resource allocation.
- Oversee the technical design, development, configuration, integration, and deployment of MES solutions.
- Ensure MES solutions are compliant with industry standards, regulatory requirements, and security policies.
- Provide technical guidance and leadership to project teams, ensuring best practices in MES implementation and integration.
- Monitor project progress, identify and mitigate risks, and resolve issues to ensure project success.
- Communicate project status, progress, and challenges to stakeholders and senior management.
- Manage vendor relationships and coordinate with third-party service providers as needed.

Requirements:

- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Engineering,



Information Technology, or a related field. Master’s degree preferred.
- Proven experience (X years) in project management, with a focus on MES implementations in a manufacturing environment.
- Solid technical background in MES platforms such as Siemens Camstar, Rockwell Software FactoryTalk, SAP MES, or equivalent.
- In-depth understanding of manufacturing processes, automation, and data integration.
- Proficiency in project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall) and tools (e.g., MS Project, JIRA).
- Excellent organizational, leadership, and decision-making skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
- Experience managing budgets, resources, and project timelines.
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to MES applications.

Preferred Qualifications:

- Project Management Professional (PMP) certification or equivalent.
- Certifications in MES platforms or related technologies.
- Knowledge of industry standards such as ISA-95 and ISA-88.
- Experience with software development and integration in a manufacturing context.
