Job Title: Technical Content Writer – B2B SaaS / CRM

Experience- 2-3years

Location- Gurugram | onsite

We are looking for a Technical Content Writer with a basic understanding of B2B SaaS and CRM products.

Key Requirements:

- Understanding of CRM concepts like leads, contacts, opportunities, pipelines & automation.
- Experience writing technical blogs, product content, how-to guides, website content, or knowledge-base articles.
- Solid research, writing, and communication skills.
- Ability to explain software features in simple, business-friendly language.
- Basic knowledge of SaaS, APIs, integrations, and cloud concepts is a plus.
- Experience in B2B SaaS, CRM, FinTech, HRTech, or similar domains preferred.
