TTEC Mumbai is hiring Chat Technical Support Representatives for our Goregaon, Mumbai location.

Location: Goregaon, Mumbai

Work Mode: Onsite

Salary: 30,000 38,000 per month + NSA + Incentives and overtime (wherever applicable)

Shift: 24/7 flexibility required

What will you do? Youll assist customers and resolve their technical queries through written communication only, including:

Chat

Text

Email

Other non-verbal communication platforms

What are we looking for?

6 months+ experience in Technical Support / TroubleshootingOR

Excellent written communication, grammar amp; spelling

Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills

Technology-oriented and solution-focused mindset

Ability to research solutions and make appropriate recommendations

Comfortable resolving customer issues independently before escalation





Willingness to work in a 24/7 environment
