Role: Teamcenter Manufacturing (TC Mfg) Consultant

We are looking for an experienced Teamcenter Manufacturing (TC Mfg) Consultant to lead the implementation and configuration of Teamcenter Manufacturing solutions. The role will focus on MBOM, BOP, BOE, Manufacturing Process Planning (MPP), process structures, and integration alignment with SAP/MES systems.

Key Responsibilities

● Lead end-to-end implementation of Teamcenter Manufacturing (TC Mfg) solutions.

● Configure and manage MBOM structures aligned with EBOM.

● Define and implement BOP (Bill of Process) and BOE (Bill of Equipment).

● Create and manage process plans, operations, resources, and plant structures.

● Configure Manufacturing Process Planning (MPP) and shop-floor relevant data.

● Ensure consistency across engineering, manufacturing, and execution data.

● Perform data modeling, structure creation, validation, and data quality checks within Teamcenter.

● Analyze as-is/to-be manufacturing processes and translate requirements into system configurations.

● Prepare and maintain functional specifications, configuration documents, process flows, and related documentation.

● Support data and structure alignment for SAP and MES integrations.

● Manage effectivity, revisions, lifecycle states, and configuration rules.

● Identify gaps, issues, and dependencies and drive them toward resolution.

● Collaborate with SAP,



integration, manufacturing, and business teams for end-to-end consistency.

● Support SIT/UAT, including test-case validation, defect analysis, and resolution.

● Ensure adherence to Teamcenter data standards and manufacturing best practices.

● Track tasks, defects, and deliverables using Azure DevOps (ADO).

● Mentor team members and promote Teamcenter best practices.

Required Skills:

● Strong hands-on experience with Siemens Teamcenter Manufacturing (TC Mfg).

● Expertise in MBOM, BOP, BOE, MPP, Process Plans, Operations, Resources, and Plant Structures.

● Strong understanding of EBOM-to-MBOM transformation and manufacturing data management.

● Experience with Teamcenter data modeling, configuration, revisions, effectivity, and lifecycle management.

● Understanding of SAP and MES integration concepts and manufacturing master data.

● Experience in manufacturing process analysis and implementation.

● Good knowledge of SIT/UAT, defect management, and functional documentation.

● Experience with Azure DevOps (ADO).

● Robust communication, stakeholder management, and team mentoring skills.

Preferred

● Experience working on Teamcenter–SAP integration projects.

● Knowledge of T4S/T4ST, PLMSI, or similar Teamcenter integration frameworks.

● Experience in discrete manufacturing / industrial manufacturing environments.
