Role Description The Team Supervisor is a full-time, on-site role based in Punjab, India. The person in this role will oversee day-to-day operations on the shop floor, coordinate work schedules, assign tasks, and monitor productivity and quality standards.

Responsibilities include guiding and supporting team members, ensuring adherence to safety procedures, and resolving operational issues that may affect production timelines.

The Team





Supervisor will collaborate with management and other departments to align production goals, report on performance metrics, and implement process improvements. The role also involves training staff, conducting regular checks on equipment and workflow, and promoting a positive, respectful, and efficient work environment.

Qualifications

- Solid team leadership and people management skills, with experience supervising or leading operational staff.
- Practical knowledge of manufacturing or machinery operations, preferably in agricultural or industrial equipment.
- Ability to plan and organize daily work, manage schedules, and ensure timely completion of tasks.
- Commitment to workplace safety, quality control, and continuous process improvement.
- Effective communication skills for coordinating with team members, management, and other departments.
- Problem-solving abilities to address day-to-day operational challenges and implement workable solutions.
- Basic computer literacy for reporting, documentation, and use of production tracking tools.
- Relevant diploma or degree in engineering, manufacturing, or a related field is preferred, along with prior experience in a supervisory or lead role.
