Role & responsibilities

- Daily effective cash flow management including investment decisions

- Timely completion of all borrowings related documentations (CP, NCD, Bank loans, etc)

- Timely completion of all investment related documentations (MF, TREPS, FD, CD, CP etc)

- Timely servicing of debt/ interest obligations

- Timely completion of various reconciliations on daily, weekly and monthly basis

- Timely regulatory reporting to BSE, SEBI, IPA, Rating Agencies, Trustees, Depositories, RTA, Investors etc

- Co-ordination with investors and their Operations / Custodians

- Effective co-ordination with external agencies

- Treasury application on-going maintenance

- Reporting to Management on various Operations related aspects and compliances

- Strict adherence of Internal Controls, Treasury Manual, Approval Authority and all related policies and Board/ Committee Resolutions.

- Effective support to Treasury Front-Office function
