Paytm is expanding its Chennai QR & Soundbox Sales team and is looking for dynamic, performance-driven Team Leaders who can lead field sales teams and drive merchant acquisition at scale.

### ? POSITION

Team Leader – QR & Soundbox Sales

? Locations – Chennai:

Ayyanavaram | Aminjikarai | Anna Nagar | Koyambedu | Kolathur | Perambur | Villivakkam | Arumbakkam & surrounding areas

? CTC: Up to ₹10 LPA

80% Fixed + 20% Variable

### ? KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES

- Lead and manage a high-performance field sales team
- Drive QR & Soundbox acquisition across assigned territories
- Own daily, weekly and monthly business targets
- Improve team productivity, market coverage and merchant activation
- Conduct field coaching, joint visits and performance reviews
- Recruit, onboard and develop Field Sales Executives
- Monitor KPIs, funnel performance and individual productivity
- Build strong merchant relationships and expand market penetration
- Ensure adherence to KYC, onboarding and operational processes
- Identify market opportunities and execute territory-level growth strategies
- Drive a strong performance and accountability culture

### ? IDEAL CANDIDATE

✅ Graduate / UG qualification mandatory

✅ 5+ years of sales experience

✅ 2+ years of team-handling experience preferred

✅ Experience managing 15+ field sales executives preferred





✅ Background in Digital Payments / FinTech / BFSI / Telecom / Retail / Merchant Acquisition / FMCG sales will be an advantage

✅ Robust leadership, communication and negotiation skills

✅ Target-driven with excellent execution capability

✅ Comfortable managing a field-based sales operation
