Lead and manage a real estate sales team in Gurgaon/Delhi-NCR while taking ownership of sales targets and property closures.
The role includes client meetings, property presentations, site visits, negotiations, team coaching, performance reporting and coordination with CRM, marketing and management teams.
Own car is mandatory.
