We are looking for motivated and experienced sales professionals to join our team for PLOD (Personal Loan Overdraft), Personal Loan, and Overdraft Limit sales.

- Assistant Relationship Officer (ARO)
- Team Leader (TL)
- Sales Manager

? Key Responsibilities
- Generate new business through direct and field sales.
- Source customers for Personal Loans, PLOD and Overdraft Limits.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers.
- Identify prospective customers and generate quality leads.
- Achieve assigned monthly sales and business targets.
- Guide and support the sales team to improve productivity and conversions.
- Ensure proper documentation and adherence to company policies and processes.
- Maintain regular follow-ups with customers and manage the complete sales cycle.

? Candidate Profile




- Experience in Personal Loan, PLOD, Overdraft, Banking, NBFC or financial product sales will be preferred.
- Good communication and customer-handling skills.
- Target-oriented with a robust focus on business development.
- Team Leader/Manager: Prior experience in handling and managing a sales team is preferred.
- Freshers with good communication and sales aptitude may be considered for ARO positions.
