Key ResponsibilitiesSupervise and manage Last Mile operations at the dark store. Allocate tasks and monitor team productivity and performance. Ensure timely order processing, dispatch, and delivery. Monitor attendance, manpower, and shift operations.
Track KPIs and achieve daily operational targets. Coordinate with internal teams to resolve operational issues. Train, guide, and motivate team members. Ensure compliance with SOPs, safety, and company processes.
Support hiring, onboarding, and manpower planning. Prepare daily reports and handle operational escalations.
