- Lead, motivate and develop a team to achieve business goals.
- Train and guide new team members.
- Support team members in client interaction and business development.
- Monitor team performance and help achieve monthly targets.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships.
- Coordinate with senior management for business growth.
- Develop leadership, communication and team-management skills.
- Progress from Team Leader to higher leadership roles through a structured career path.

- Graduate in any discipline.
- Freshers can apply.
- Candidates should be Kolkata-based or have Kolkata as their hometown.
- Good communication and leadership potential preferred.
