- CO. is looking for enthusiastic and motivated Qualified CA to join our growing team. This role offers excellent exposure to financial reporting, audit coordination, ERP implementation, and industry-leading accounting practices within the shipping sector.Fresher and candidates with limited experience are encouraged to apply. The position provides hands-on learning opportunities, mentorship from experienced professionals, and interaction with Big 4 audit firms.

- Key Responsibilities :

- 1. Financial Reporting &
- Accounting Assist in preparation and finalization of financial statements Support month-end and year-end closing activities Prepare schedules, reconciliations, and management reports Ensure compliance with accounting standards and internal policies

- 1. Audit Support Coordinate with statutory, internal, and external auditors Prepare audit schedules and supporting documentation Ensure timely submission of information and responses to audit queries Assist in implementation of audit recommendations

ERP Implementation Support implementation and rollout of ERP systems Participate in master data validation and data migration activities Assist in process documentation and system testing Coordinate with internal stakeholders during ERP projects

- Process Improvement Assist in maintaining accounting controls and procedures Support process optimization initiatives Ensure accurate record-keeping and documentation

- Eligibility Criteria : Qualified CA with 10 to 15 years of experience. Strong interest in accounting, auditing, and ERP systems, Good analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills,Proficiency in MS Excel and accounting software preferred Ability to work in a team-oriented environment
