We're Hiring | Team Lead / Assistant Manager - US Accounting

Location: Ahmedabad (Work from Office)

Shift: 12:00 PM to 9:30 PM

Experience: 6 to 8 Years

Team Handling Experience Required

Are you an experienced accounting professional with robust bookkeeping, month-end close, and team management expertise? Join our growing US Accounting team and play a key role in managing financial operations, ensuring reporting accuracy, and driving process excellence.

What You'll Be Doing:

Manage end-to-end accounting and bookkeeping activities

Lead monthly, quarterly, and year-end financial closing processes

Review and supervise accounting work performed by team members

Process vendor bills and perform vendor statement reconciliations

Handle bank and credit card reconciliations

Process payroll and payroll-related accounting entries

Prepare customer invoices and manage billing activities

Perform Accounts Receivable and Revenue reconciliations

Manage accruals, prepayments, deferred revenue, depreciation, and month-end adjustments

Calculate and file sales tax returns

Review and prepare financial statements

Maintain client documentation, reports,



and compliance checklists

Collaborate with internal teams and clients to resolve accounting-related queries

What We're Looking For:

6-8 years of accounting and bookkeeping experience

Strong understanding of month-end close activities

Experience reviewing work and managing team members

Hands-on experience with AP, AR, Payroll, Reconciliations, and Financial Reporting

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Ability to manage multiple deadlines in a fast-paced environment

Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
