Role & responsibilities

- Lead, mentor, and manage a team of Key Account Managers across assigned locations.

- Ensure achievement of seller onboarding, account activation, and business growth targets.

- Monitor daily field activities, productivity, and performance of team members.

- Drive seller acquisition and selection expansion initiatives within the assigned territory.

- Conduct regular market visits along with team members to provide coaching and support.

- Review team performance through daily, weekly, and monthly tracking.

- Build and maintain relationships with key sellers and business partners.

- Identify market opportunities and implement strategies to increase seller engagement.

- Ensure adherence to company processes, policies, and reporting requirements.

- Coordinate with internal stakeholders for issue resolution and operational support.

- Prepare performance reports and present business updates to management.





- Take ownership of territory revenue, productivity, and business objectives.

Preferred candidate profile

- Minimum 3-4 years of experience in Field Sales, Business Development, Account Management, or Team Handling.

- At least 1 year of team management experience preferred.

- Solid leadership and people management skills.

- Experience in seller onboarding, merchant acquisition, B2B sales, or account management.

- Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.

- Strong understanding of the local market and seller ecosystem.

- Comfortable with extensive field work and market visits.

- Ability to drive team performance and achieve business targets.

- Proficient in MS Excel and reporting.
