Role & responsibilities

- Convert strategy, policies, tools and processes into improved operational activities.

- Own and manage the overall operational delivery of the R2R process.

- Manage day-to-day R2R operations and resolve operational issues.

- Hire, develop and manage employees within the R2R team.

- Own service quality and monitor defined KPIs.

- Identify service delivery issues and implement performance improvements and best practices.

- Drive standardisation and process improvement initiatives.

- Drive the transfer of activities from legal entities into the GBS organisation.

- Train new employees and ensure proper process documentation and review.

- Manage team performance and support employee development.

- Ensure business continuity and effective service delivery.

- Build a performance-driven team and maintain a positive team setting.

Preferred candidate profile

- Advanced knowledge of SAP FI/CO.

- Experience in a Shared Services / GBS environment.

- Strong experience in General Ledger and R2R.

- Preferred from Manufacturing/ Procut basd company

- Immediate joiner or short notice period.
