Daily Gong is looking for an ambitious Team Leader to lead and grow our sales team in the Demat & Brokerage business.

? KEY RESPONSIBILITIES• Lead, motivate & manage a team of sales executives

- Drive Demat account acquisition and revenue targets
- Generate new business through field & tele-sales activities
- Monitor team performance and achieve monthly targets
- Train & mentor team members for better productivity
- Build strong customer relationships and ensure quality onboarding
- Develop new market opportunities and support business growth
- Prepare regular performance reports for management
