About the RoleWe are looking for a dynamic and driven Tele Sales Team Leader to manage and scale our tele-sales operations in Jaipur. If you have proven team management skills, a strong track record in driving sales targets, and mandatory hands-on experience with Zoho CRM, we want to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities

- Lead, mentor, and monitor a team of Tele Sales executives to achieve daily and monthly revenue targets.
- Efficiently manage lead assignment, workflow, and customer tracking using Zoho CRM.
- Analyze call quality, conversion rates, and sales metrics to optimize team performance.
- Conduct daily huddles, coaching sessions, and pitch improvement trainings.




- Handle customer escalations and ensure end-to-end client satisfaction.

Requirements & Qualifications

- CRM Expertise: Prior experience with Zoho CRM is mandatory.
- Experience: 1–3+ years in Tele Sales / Outbound Sales team management.
- Solid leadership, target-driven mindset, and excellent communication skills.
- Ability to analyze performance data and improve lead conversion rates.
- Candidates local to or willing to relocate to Jaipur.
