About the Role

Skills For Us is looking to appoint a Teacher Coach (Improver) to work closely with teachers at one of our partner schools in Sarona, Raipur, as part of an ongoing school improvement programme.

Key Responsibilities

- Coach and support teachers to improve classroom practice.
- Conduct lesson observations and provide constructive feedback.
- Support teachers with individual development goals.
- Build positive and trusting relationships with school staff.
- Work with school leadership to support the improvement programme.
- Maintain coaching and progress records.

Who We’re Looking For The role would suit an experienced Middle Leader, In-Charge, Senior Teacher, or Educator with experience supporting other teachers. We will prioritise candidates who demonstrate:

- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- A willingness to learn and develop.

Full training will be provided. Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
