TCS BPS hiring for Process Associate - P&C; Auto Insurance Operations!

Experience: Minimum 1 and maximum 5 years

Qualification: Graduate in any discipline; Commerce or business-related qualification preferred

Work Schedule: Flexible to work in US shifts and business-required schedules

ROLE SUMMARY

We are seeking an experienced Process Associate with relevant P&C; or General Insurance knowledge. The role requires independent handling of Auto Insurance back-office transactions, effective exception management and consistent delivery against quality and service expectations.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

- Independently process transactions across Auto Claims, Policy Servicing and/or Underwriting Support
- Handle activities such as FNOL or claim setup, documentation, correspondence, payment support, subrogation, endorsements, renewals, cancellations and risk-data validation
- Interpret SOPs, business rules and insurance documentation to resolve routine processing exceptions
- Meet productivity, quality and SLO/SLA expectations and support required operational reporting




- Escalate complex cases appropriately and contribute to process improvement initiatives

REQUIRED SKILLS

- Relevant experience in P&C; or General Insurance operations, preferably Auto Insurance
- Working knowledge of Auto Claims, Policy Servicing and/or Underwriting Support
- Strong communication, analytical, problem-solving and exception-handling skills
- Exposure to quality audits, MIS reporting or SOP documentation is an advantage
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint

Eligibility Criteria: -Minimum 15 years of regular, full time education: 10+2+3.
