Job Summary

We are seeking a highly driven finance skilled with strong technical knowledge in accounting, taxation, and compliance. The candidate will support financial planning, audits, and statutory reporting functions while ensuring adherence to regulatory requirements and organizational policies.

Key Responsibilities

- Prepare and finalize monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
- Manage statutory compliance including GST, TDS, Income Tax, and ROC filings.
- Handle internal and external audits, including documentation and audit schedules.
- Oversee Accounts Payable / Receivable and general ledger controls.
- Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis reports.
- Ensure tax planning and advisory compliance with current regulatory standards.
- Support cost management and process improvements.
- Coordinate with bankers, auditors, consultants,



and statutory authorities.
- Implement and maintain internal financial controls.
- Review reconciliation of bank, vendor, and customer accounts.
- Support closing activities and prepare MIS for management review.

Qualifications & Requirements For Semi-Qualified Candidates:

- CA-Inter / CMA-Inter with 0 - 3+ years of relevant experience.
- Good understanding of Indian Accounting Standards and taxation.

Skills & Competencies

- Excellent knowledge of accounting principles (Ind-AS).
- Experience in Tally, SAP, Oracle, Zoho Books, or other ERP systems.
- Proficient in MS Excel and analytical tools.
- Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and ethical standards.
- Ability to manage multiple deadlines and deliverables.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
