XLT Engineers Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a Tamil-speaking Telesales Executive to join our B2B Sales Team at our Perungalathur, Chennai office.

Key Responsibilities Make outbound sales calls to potential B2B customers. Identify and develop recent business opportunities. Explain and pitch XLT products and services. Follow up with leads and prospective customers. Understand customer requirements and provide suitable solutions. Build good relationships with customers over the phone. Maintain customer details and call records. Coordinate with the sales team for lead follow-up and conversion. Work towards achieving sales targets.

Requirements Fluent Tamil – Mandatory Good communication and customer-handling skills. Strong interest in sales and business development. Ability to build relationships and close sales over the phone. Basic computer knowledge.

Prior





Telesales / Telecalling / B2B Sales experience preferred. Telugu or Hindi knowledge will be an added advantage. Freshers with good communication and sales interest can also apply.
