Tally Operator is an administrative and finance skilled responsible for managing day-to-day business accounting, data entry, and financial record-keeping using Tally Prime or Tally ERP software.
Key Responsibilities :-
- Data Entry & Bookkeeping: Record daily sales, purchases, receipts, payments, and contra vouchers.
- Billing & Invoicing: Generate sales invoices, purchase orders, and manage debit/credit notes.
- Bank Reconciliation: Match company ledger accounts with bank statements to resolve discrepancies.
- Inventory Management: Track stock inflows and outflows, and generate stock summaries.
- Tax Compliance: Assist with basic GST and TDS data entries, filings, and documentation.
- Financial Reporting: Produce basic financial statements, ledgers, and profit-and-loss reports.
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
