About the Role :

We are looking for an experienced Recruitment Consultant to handle Gulf/UAE hiring across IT & Non-IT positions and manage the recruitment lifecycle from sourcing to joining.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle end-to-end Gulf/UAE recruitment for IT & Non-IT roles.
- Source candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, job portals, databases and referrals .
- Screen candidates, coordinate interviews and manage follow-ups.
- Work on multiple mandates while meeting targets and TATs .
- Maintain strong candidate pipelines and ensure timely closures.
- Coordinate offer, documentation and joining formalities.

Requirements

- 4+ years of recruitment experience , preferably in Gulf/UAE hiring.
- Strong IT & Non-IT recruitment exposure.
- Good understanding of international/Gulf talent markets preferred.
- Solid communication, sourcing and candidate management skills.
- Target-oriented, proactive and good at follow-ups.
- Immediate joiners preferred.
