Position: Talent Sourcer

Location: Mumbai

Domain (Mandatory): Engineering/Construction

Experience Required: 4+ years in talent sourcing

Location: Mumbai – Hybrid (1–2 days office visit per week)

Notice Period: Immediate to 30 days

Region hiring - India, Middle East and South Africa

Key Role Expectations:

- Hands‑on experience sourcing candidates in the Engineering/Construction domain (Civil Engineering, Construction, Architecture, Interior Design, Structural Design, etc.)
- Strong communication skills.
- Strong exposure to job portals (Naukri & LinkedIn RPS, etc.)
- Expertise in Boolean and X‑ray sourcing techniques.
- Ability to screen profiles, build talent pipelines, and work closely with recruiters to support hiring delivery.
- Valuable experience in sourcing profiles from India. Added advantage if experience in sourcing for Middle East/South Africa.
