Role & responsibilities

We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented Talent Acquisition Specialist with 5+ years of experience to manage end-to-end recruitment activities and support the company's growing manpower requirements.

The candidate will be responsible for sourcing, screening, interviewing, coordinating and onboarding suitable candidates across technical, engineering, corporate and support functions.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process from manpower requirement to candidate joining.
- Understand job requirements and prepare effective sourcing strategies.
- Source candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed, job portals, social media, employee referrals, consultants and other recruitment channels.
- Screen resumes and conduct initial candidate assessments.
- Coordinate and conduct preliminary HR interviews.
- Schedule interviews with hiring managers and coordinate the complete interview process.
- Maintain regular communication and follow-up with candidates throughout the recruitment cycle.
- Manage offer discussions, salary negotiations and joining formalities.
- Develop and maintain a robust candidate pipeline for current and future requirements.
- Handle recruitment for Civil Engineering, Infrastructure, Project Consultancy, PMC, DPR, Survey, Geotechnical, Finance, HR, Marketing and other functions.




- Coordinate with department heads and project teams to understand manpower requirements.
- Maintain recruitment trackers, candidate databases and MIS reports.
- Monitor recruitment metrics such as CV sourcing, interviews, selections, offers and joining ratios.
- Build relationships with colleges, placement cells, recruitment consultants and professional networks.
- Support employer branding and recruitment campaigns on LinkedIn and other platforms.
- Ensure timely closure of positions as per approved manpower requirements.
- Maintain proper recruitment documentation and ensure compliance with company HR processes.

Preferred candidate profile

- Strong knowledge of end-to-end recruitment and talent acquisition.
- Hands-on experience with Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed and other job portals.
- Strong candidate sourcing and headhunting skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good negotiation and candidate management skills.
- Ability to handle multiple vacancies simultaneously.
- Strong follow-up and coordination skills.
- Good knowledge of MS Office, Excel and recruitment databases.
- Ability to work independently and meet recruitment targets.
- Strong understanding of technical and non-technical recruitment.

Educational Qualification

- MBA in HR Management preferred.
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline.

Experience

- 5+ years of relevant experience in Talent Acquisition / Recruitment / HR Recruitment.
- Experience in recruiting for engineering, infrastructure, construction or consultancy organizations will be an added advantage.
