Job Summary
We are looking for an IT Recruiter with hands-on working experience in semiconductor recruitment within the domestic Indian staffing industry. The candidate must have actively worked on semiconductor requirements, along with experience in Contract-to-Hire (C2H) and Permanent/Direct Hiring.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end recruitment for domestic IT and technical requirements.
- Work on semiconductor requirements and recruit candidates for semiconductor-related technical roles.
- Source, screen and shortlist candidates through Naukri, databases, references and other sourcing channels.
- Handle Contract-to-Hire (C2H) and Permanent Hiring requirements from sourcing through closure.
- Understand technical job requirements and identify relevant candidates accordingly.
- Coordinate with clients and internal teams to understand requirements and deliver suitable profiles.
- Conduct candidate screening, interview coordination, follow-ups and offer/closure management.
- Maintain active candidate pipelines and recruitment trackers.
- Meet defined recruitment targets and ensure timely submission of quality candidates.
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in IT/Technical Recruitment.
- Mandatory hands-on working experience in recruiting for semiconductor requirements.
- Experience in the domestic Indian staffing/recruitment industry.
- Hands-on experience with both Contract-to-Hire (C2H) and Permanent/Direct Hiring.
- Good understanding of technical recruitment and IT skill sets.
- Hands-on experience using Naukri and other recruitment/sourcing platforms.
- Strong sourcing, candidate screening, communication and follow-up skills.
- Ability to understand technical requirements and build relevant candidate pipelines.
- Target-oriented approach with good stakeholder-management skills.
- Willingness to work 5 days a week from the Noida office.
Education
Graduate / Postgraduate in any discipline. HR, Recruitment, Management or a related educational background will be an advantage.
