US Talent Acquisition Specialist (Remote)
Shift: 6:30 PM - 3:30 AM IST (US EST overlap) - Remote
Experience: 1+ years in US hiring
Must Have
- End-to-end US recruitment experience (Direct clients / Implementation partners)
- Robust in Sourcing from US job boards: Dice, Monster, CareerBuilder, LinkedIn Recruiter, ZipRecruiter
- Experience with US work authorizations: W2, C2C, 1099, H1B, OPT, CPT, Green Card, US Citizen
- Handling US Tax terms, US Timezones, and Vendor Management
- ATS experience
Good to Have: Bench Sales or experience placing candidates from US companies.
