Industry: D2C | E-commerce | Consumer Brands | Retail The Indus Valley is looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist who understands the pace, complexity and talent needs of a quick-growing D2C brand.

You will independently manage end-to-end recruitment, build strong talent pipelines and partner closely with business leaders to hire high-quality talent aligned with our culture and business goals.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage end-to-end hiring from requirement understanding to offer and joining
- Hire across E-commerce, Marketplace, Performance Marketing, Brand, Content, Product, Category, Supply Chain, Operations, Retail and Customer Experience
- Partner with business leaders on role requirements, candidate profiles and hiring timelines
- Build talent pipelines through LinkedIn, job portals, referrals, recruitment partners and direct sourcing
- Conduct structured screening and manage interview coordination
- Ensure timely candidate communication and a positive candidate experience
- Track hiring metrics such as TAT, offer-to-joining ratio, source effectiveness and position ageing
- Build a strong network across D2C, e-commerce and consumer brands




- Support employer branding and employee referral initiatives
- Maintain recruitment trackers and provide regular hiring updates
- Identify candidate motivations, compensation expectations and joining risks early

What Were Looking For

- 4-7 years of experience in Talent Acquisition
- Strong hiring experience within D2C, e-commerce, consumer-tech, retail or consumer brands
- Good understanding of business and functional roles in a D2C organisation
- Strong sourcing skills and an active qualified network
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management and negotiation skills
- High ownership, speed and attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple positions while maintaining candidate quality
- Hands-on approach with a strong bias for action
