Talent Acquisition & HR Executive — IRGB Technologies

IRGB Technologies is looking for a dynamic, bold and highly execution-oriented Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our growing team.

We are looking for someone who genuinely enjoys hiring, sourcing and closing candidates and can handle multiple requirements in a quick-paced technology environment.

This is a hands-on recruitment role where you will be responsible for the complete hiring cycle — from sourcing candidates to ensuring they successfully join the organization.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle from sourcing, screening and interviewing to offer and joining
- Handle multiple open positions simultaneously across Technology, Performance Marketing, Sales, Operations, Support and Corporate functions
- Source candidates through LinkedIn, Naukri, referrals, job portals, recruitment agencies and other channels
- Conduct initial screening and assess candidates based on job requirements
- Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and candidates
- Maintain continuous communication and strong follow-up with candidates
- Negotiate offers and improve offer-to-joining conversion
- Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline
- Work towards daily, weekly and monthly hiring targets
- Maintain recruitment trackers and provide regular hiring reports
- Build talent pools for recurring and critical positions
- Develop creative sourcing strategies for difficult-to-fill roles
- Coordinate pre-joining formalities and onboarding documentation
- Maintain accurate and confidential candidate information

Preferred Industry ExperienceExperience in Gaming, Real Money Gaming, OTT/Streaming, Fintech, Technology, High-Risk or other fast-paced industries will be a strong advantage. Experience hiring for Performance Marketing, Developers, Sales, Operations, Customer Support or specialized technology roles will be preferred.

Must-Have Qualifications

- 1–3 years of hands-on Talent Acquisition / Recruitment experience
- Proven experience in end-to-end recruitment
- Experience handling multiple positions simultaneously
- Strong sourcing skills across LinkedIn, Naukri and other recruitment platforms
- Good understanding of candidate screening and interview coordination
- Strong communication, negotiation and follow-up skills
- Experience working with recruitment targets and deadlines
- Good knowledge of Excel / Google Sheets
- Ability to work full-time from our Noida office
