Built by second-time founders who have built and sold companies before, LH2 AI Labs (lh2.ai) is building the post-training infrastructure for frontier AI models. We bring private, high-quality institutional datasets and vetted domain experts to frontier AI pipelines across verticals like coding, computer use, agentic, medical, audio and more. For AI to keep progressing, it needs high-quality training data drawn from real production use cases.

The public web has already been crawled and trained on – there's nothing left there. That's where we come in: we envision creating a world where frontier models can access data on tap – exactly how they access compute today.

The Role

You'll own recruiting for LH2 AI Labs as we scale - sourcing, screening, and closing candidates across tech, sales, data, and operational roles. You'll work directly with the founders and hiring managers to understand what each role actually needs, not just fill a requisition.

What You'll Do

- Run full-cycle recruiting - sourcing, screening, interview coordination, offer - for open roles at LH2 AI Labs




- Partner with hiring managers and founders to scope roles, write JDs, and define evaluation criteria
- Source actively via LinkedIn, job boards, and referrals
- Manage candidate pipelines end-to-end, keeping time-to-fill tight
- Coordinate, and sometimes help design, take-home assignments for technical and operational roles
- Maintain hiring trackers and a pipeline of past applicants for future openings
- Help standardize hiring process at a fast-moving, early-stage company

What We're Looking For

- 2 years of recruiting/TA experience, ideally at a tech or product-based startup
- Comfortable sourcing across a range of roles - commercial, operational, and technical - not just one narrow function
- Strong written communication; comfortable writing JDs and talking directly to candidates and hiring managers
- Organized enough to run multiple open roles and pipelines at once without anything slipping
- Able to work in office in Bangalore, 5 days a week
- Recruiting experience in AI, data, or deep-tech startups
