? Position: Talent Acquisition Specialist

? Location: Sector 63, Noida

? Experience: 1–5 years in US IT Recruitment

What we’re looking for:

- 1–5 years of hands-on US IT recruitment experience
- Solid experience with Dice and LinkedIn Recruiter/RPS
- Good understanding of W2, C2C & Full-Time hiring
- Strong Boolean search and candidate sourcing skills
- Experience with ATS such as Ceipal, Bullhorn, JobDiva, Zoho Recruit, or similar
- Good communication and candidate management skills
- Experience with direct clients and implementation partners is a plus
