Location: Ahmedabad, Gujarat (Field travel across Gujarat)

CTC: Up to 14 LPA

Role Overview

We are hiring a TA Specialist to manage end-to-end recruitment for our Insurance/BFSI operations across Gujarat.

Requirements

- Experience: Prior recruitment experience in Insurance or BFSI is mandatory.
- Language: Fluency in Gujarati is required.
- Travel: Comfortable traveling across Gujarat for regional hiring drives.
- Skills: Full-cycle sourcing, stakeholder management, and salary negotiation.
