Roles and Responsibilities :

- Source top talent for various positions within the organization through effective talent sourcing strategies.

- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their requirements and develop job descriptions, job postings, and interview questions.

- Conduct interviews, assess candidate fit, and make recommendations on recent hires based on thorough evaluation of candidates' skills, experience, and cultural alignment with the company's values.

- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices in recruiting, and regulatory compliance to continuously improve processes.

Job Requirements :

- 3-7 years of experience in end-to-end recruitment or talent acquisition roles.

- Strong understanding of full-cycle recruiting principles from job posting to offer extension.

- Excellent communication skills for building relationships with internal stakeholders (hiring managers) as well as external partners (candidates).

- Ability to analyze data to identify areas for improvement in recruitment strategies.
