- Position: IT / Non-IT Recruiter (Talent Acquisition Specialist) — Night Shift
- Shift Timings: Night Shift (US / International Overlap)
- Payroll: AIMitra Soft Private Limited
- Location: Ahmedabad, Gujarat (On-site)
- Experience Required: 3 to 5 Years
- Domain: IT & Non-IT Recruitment

? Key Responsibilities
- Full-Lifecycle Recruitment: Drive end-to-end recruitment across various IT and Non-IT domains during night-shift operations.
- Proactive Sourcing: Utilize global job boards, LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search strings, tech communities, and referral networks to source passive and active talent.
- Candidate Screening & Line-ups: Conduct preliminary interviews to assess candidates' technical/domain fit, communication, availability, notice period, and budget alignment.
- Pipeline & Scheduling: Build and maintain an active candidate pipeline; seamlessly coordinate interview schedules across hiring managers and clients.
- Offer Management & Onboarding:



Handle compensation discussions, offer negotiations, and post-offer engagement to ensure high offer-to-joining ratios and minimal drop-offs.
- Stakeholder Coordination: Collaborate closely with team leads and client account managers to ensure timely fulfillment of critical open mandates.

? Key Requirements & Qualifications
- Experience: 3 to 5 years of hands-on recruitment experience (IT & Non-IT hiring) with prior exposure to night shifts or international recruitment.
- Sourcing Expertise: Expertise in modern sourcing tools, boolean logic, and searching algorithms across major job portals and professional networks.
- Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal English communication skills, with strong negotiation and persuasion abilities.
- Agility & Drive: Proven capability to handle multiple open mandates simultaneously in a rapid-paced environment.
- Shift Readiness: Comfortable working on-site in Ahmedabad during night shift hours.
