# HR & Talent Acquisition Experience: 7 years ## Role Overview We are seeking a HR & Talent Acquisition professional to lead recruitment, employee review, and talent development for Raghav Polymers Group. ## Key Responsibilities Source, screen, interview, and onboard qualified candidates, senior management for technical, operational, and corporate roles using application tracking systems Run LinkedIn campaigns, university outreach, and industry networking for hiring talent Manage statutory requirements such as PF, ESI and others Conduct periodic performance reviews of employees Manage payroll using Keka HR Coordinate orientation programs to accelerate new‑hire productivity Track recruitment KPIs such as time‑to‑fill, source‑of‑hire, and turnover, attrition rate providing insights for continuous improvement ## Skills &

Requirements Mandatory: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related discipline Mandatory: 7 years of experience in talent acquisition or recruitment Mandatory: Proficiency with applicant tracking systems (e.g., Greenhouse, iCIMS) and MS Office/Google Suite Mandatory : English, Hindi and Telugu Mandatory: Strong communication and negotiation abilities Mandatory: Analytical mindset with data‑driven decision‑making Mandatory: Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast‑paced environment Preferred:
