About the Role:

We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Lead to own and drive the end-to-end talent acquisition function. The role will work closely with senior leadership and business heads to build scalable hiring processes, develop strong talent pipelines, and deliver high-quality hiring across diverse functions and sectors.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and execute the Talent Acquisition strategy aligned with business and growth plans.
- Partner with senior leadership and business heads to define hiring plans, priorities, timelines, and workforce requirements.
- Lead end-to-end recruitment across junior, mid-level, senior, and leadership roles.
- Drive senior and leadership hiring, including confidential searches and coordination with executive search firms.
- Build proactive talent pipelines through direct sourcing, referrals, professional networks, alumni, and campus partnerships.
- Develop talent pools for critical and niche roles across diverse sectors.
- Build and strengthen the employer brand through talent outreach, careers content, and engagement initiatives.
- Partner with hiring managers and HR teams on role design, hiring strategy, and talent decisions.
- Lead, coach, and develop the TA team and manage external recruitment partners and vendors.
- Own TA processes, frameworks, templates, and playbooks.




- Track and report key TA metrics including time-to-fill, cost-per-hire, source mix, offer acceptance, and quality of hire.
- Ensure confidentiality, compliance, and consistency across the recruitment process.

Requirements:

- 7+ years of experience in Talent Acquisition, with at least 3 years of experience leading a TA team or function.
- Proven experience hiring across multiple business lines or sectors, including senior, leadership, niche, and specialist roles.
- Robust expertise in sourcing, stakeholder management, candidate assessment, offer negotiation, and senior-level hiring.
- Strong analytical and data-driven approach to recruitment and workforce planning.
- Experience managing recruitment agencies, search firms, and hiring vendors.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, influencing, and negotiation skills.
- MBA/PGDM in HR or a related discipline is preferred.

Pay: ₹700,000.00 - ₹1,200,000.00 per year
