About the Role:
SpotNxt is looking for a proactive Talent Acquisition Intern to support our recruitment team with candidate sourcing and job postings.
Key Responsibilities:
- Post job and internship openings on recruitment platforms.
- Search and source suitable candidates through LinkedIn, Indeed, and other platforms.
- Screen applications based on basic requirements.
- Maintain candidate lists and recruitment trackers.
- Contact and follow up with potential candidates.
- Share shortlisted candidates with the HR team.
Requirements:
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proactive and comfortable using online recruitment platforms.
- Basic knowledge of LinkedIn/Indeed is a plus.
- Students and freshers are welcome.
