About the Role

We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Talent Acquisition Intern to join our HR team and support the end-to-end recruitment process. This role will provide hands-on exposure to candidate sourcing, screening, interview coordination, recruitment tracking, and candidate management.

Key Responsibilities

- Source candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, job portals, referrals, and other recruitment channels.

- Review and shortlist candidate profiles based on job requirements.

- Conduct initial screening calls with candidates.

- Understand candidate experience, skills, availability, and career interests.

- Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.

- Follow up with candidates regarding interviews, feedback, and next steps.

- Maintain and update recruitment trackers and candidate databases.

- Assist in posting and managing job openings across recruitment platforms.

- Coordinate with hiring managers regarding candidate requirements and interview feedback.





- Assist with candidate documentation and pre-joining formalities.

- Support campus hiring and placement cell coordination.

- Prepare recruitment reports and maintain accurate hiring data.

- Assist the TA team with other recruitment-related activities and projects.

Eligibility

- Pursuing or recently completed BBA, BMS, HR, Business Administration, Psychology, Commerce, or a related degree.

- Freshers and recent graduates are welcome to apply.

- Good verbal and written communication skills.

- Strong coordination and follow-up skills.

- Good organizational and time-management abilities.

- Basic knowledge of MS Excel / Google Sheets.

- Comfortable speaking with candidates over calls.

- Willingness to learn and work in a fast-paced recruitment environment.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 per month
