About The Role -

We are looking for a proactive and enthusiastic Talent Acquisition Intern to join our HR team at ELUNO . This role will provide hands-on exposure to the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing candidates, screening profiles, coordinating interviews, maintaining recruitment data, and supporting day-to-day HR activities.

Key Responsibilities -

- Source candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed, Instagram, job portals, databases, referrals, and other recruitment channels .
- Screen resumes and shortlist candidates based on role requirements.
- Conduct initial candidate calls to understand their experience, skills, salary expectations,



notice period, and location preferences .
- Coordinate interview schedules between candidates and the hiring/retail team.
- Follow up with candidates throughout the interview and selection process.
- Maintain and regularly update candidate trackers and recruitment databases .
- Assist in preparing and sharing interview details, feedback, and candidate updates.
- Support campus hiring, institute outreach, and other talent acquisition initiatives.
- Assist the HR team with basic HR operations and employee-related activities whenever required.
- Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring journey.

What we are looking for -

- Students or graduates pursuing/completed HR, Business Administration, Management, or a related field .
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good follow-up and coordination skills.
- Prior recruitment/HR internship experience.
