Job Summary

Strada is looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Talent Acquisition Associate to join our HR team. The ideal candidate will have 1–2 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition and a strong interest in identifying, engaging, and hiring the right talent.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage end-to-end recruitment activities for assigned positions .

- Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, and other recruitment channels .

- Screen resumes and conduct initial candidate discussions.

- Coordinate interviews with candidates and hiring managers.

- Maintaination and recruitment trackers.

- Follow up with candidates throughout the hiring process .

- Support offer management and pre-joining activities.

- Maintain a positive candidate experience.

- Work closely with hiring managers to understand recruitment requirements.

- Meet recruitment timelines and hiring targets.

Requirements

- 1–2 years of experience in Talent Acquisition / Recruitment.





- Valuable knowledge of sourcing and screening techniques.

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

- Ability to manage multiple requirements simultaneously.

- Good understanding of the recruitment lifecycle.

- Proficiency in MS Excel and basic HR/recruitment tools.

- Experience with Indeed, LinkedIn, Naukri, or other job portals will be an advantage.
