Talent Acquisition Executive
We are hiring a Talent Acquisition Executive to manage bulk hiring for Sales, BDE, Telecalling, and Field Sales positions.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle end-to-end and bulk recruitment.
- Source candidates through Naukri, Indeed, Apna, social media, and referrals.
- Screen resumes and conduct telephonic interviews.
- Coordinate interviews, offers, documentation, and joining.
- Maintain recruitment trackers and candidate pipelines.
- Achieve monthly hiring targets and recruitment KPIs.
Requirements
- Graduate / BBA / MBA or equivalent.
- 1–3 years of recruitment experience preferred.
- Sales/Telecalling hiring experience is an advantage.
- Positive communication, follow-up, and negotiation skills.
- Target-oriented and comfortable with bulk hiring.
Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
